Kathleen Kelly is a nonprofit leader with 15+ years of experience strengthening mission-driven organizations through strategic leadership, systems development, and relationship-centered management. Her work spans statewide nonprofit networks, higher education, and community-based organizations, with a focus on guiding organizations through growth, transition, and complex stakeholder environments.

She has held leadership and advisory roles with the Kentucky Association of Sexual Assault Programs and the Kentucky CASA Network, supporting executive directors, strengthening governance and HR practices, and helping organizations build trust with funders and community partners. Kathleen also led cross-campus initiatives at the University of Louisville and the University of Virginia.
